ATLANTA, GA – Yet another new poll, released today, highlights David Perdue’s growing lead against his liberal opponent Michelle Nunn. The results show Perdue ahead of Nunn 48-43, led by Perdue’s “strength with Independents and female voters.” This is one of several recent polls showing Perdue’s surging momentum ahead of the November 4th election.
In reaction to the new poll, Perdue spokesman Mark Bednar said: “This poll is further proof that Georgians want to send David Perdue to the U.S. Senate to lead Washington in a new direction. David Perdue continues to gain momentum because his message of fiscal responsibility and new leadership is resonating across he state. Too many Georgians are struggling under economic policies championed by President Obama and Michelle Nunn. David Perdue will work every day in the Senate to create good jobs, repeal the disaster that is Obamacare, reduce our massive national debt, and expand opportunities for middle-class Georgia families.”
