Privileged Liberal Jon Ossoff Hides Behind Stacey Abrams And Her Dark Money Group

A week after going on MSNBC with Stacey Abrams, privileged liberal Jon Ossoff will hold a press conference today with the failed Democrat gubernatorial candidate, where they will continue to promote their party’s radical socialist agenda.

Ossoff – who has been defined throughout his political career by his thin resume and lack of real world experience – apparently hopes to use Abrams’ endorsement to define his candidacy, instead of running on a record of taking action or any semblance of a concrete agenda. Just last week, Ossoff was described by Bloomberg as having “struggled to define his qualifications to voters.”

Ossoff’s decision to embrace Abrams also contradicts his claim in a recent Georgia Public Broadcasting interview that he wants to get “dark money out of politics,” as Abrams is currently managing a dark money group that is poised to spend millions of dollars in support of Ossoff and other Georgia Democrats. Abrams started her dark money organization after her candidacy failed in 2018, which was in part due to her radical position on immigraton, where she indicated her support for allowing illegal immigrants to vote for her as part of her “Blue Wave”. Given his stated support for sanctuary cities and defunding the police, Ossoff appears to agree with Abrams’ extremism on immigration.

“As a privileged liberal and career political candidate with no real world accomplishments, it’s no surprise that Jon Ossoff is hiding behind Stacey Abrams and her dark money group’s endorsement,” said Perdue for Senate Communications Director John Burke. “Unfortunately for Ossoff, Abrams is – like him – an unaccomplished, failed candidate whose radical agenda was rejected by Georgia voters. If Ossoff thinks Abrams and her socialist agenda will be an asset for his candidacy, he’s even more out-of-touch with the people of this state than we thought.”
