Reporter: Iowa Senator Joni Ernst is among the Republicans campaigning for Georgia Senator David Perdue.

Ernst: I am on the campaign trail today with my dear friend, David Perdue. There is a lot at risk right now in the United States if we do not hold the United States Senate and keep it red. So who’s going to defend that in the United States Senate? David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, exactly.

Perdue: This is a serious time, and I want to tell you how proud I am that Joni Ernst has shown up down here. This isn’t about my seat or Kelly’s seat. It just happens that the war for the majority of the Senate comes down to Georgia this year, and we need you to stand with me, stand with Kelly against this onslaught of this socialist, radical agenda. Stand with us to protect our freedom, and lastly, stand with us and let’s make darn sure that the road to socialism does not run through the state of Georgia. Thank you, guys.
